  30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
  - The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  - You must provide your order number

  Refunds

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  Return Shipping

  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  Exchanges

  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at contact@alarmshoot.com.

  Damaged or Defective Items

  If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
