Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration purposes and slight variations may occur. Products are sold subject to availability.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), taxes included. Shipping is free worldwide. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally authorized to use the payment method. An order confirmation email is sent upon successful payment. We
reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or unavailability.
Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments with SSL encryption.
Delivery
Free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days depending on destination. A tracking number is provided within 24 hours. Delivery delays due to customs or postal services are
beyond our control.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@alarmshoot.com. The
item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, at your expense. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
All products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity (2 years). If your product is defective, contact us at contact@alarmshoot.com with photos of the issue.
Liability
AlarmShoot shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
